I'm Michelle Rigdon, a full-time REALTOR® serving Lake Charles, Louisiana, and the surrounding Southwest Louisiana communities, including Sulphur, Moss Bluff, Westlake, Carlyss, and beyond.
Over the past five years, I've built my business around honest communication, local knowledge, and genuinely taking care of the people who trust me with their homes. While I work with both buyers and sellers, I have a special passion for helping first-time home sellers. Selling a home can feel overwhelming when you don't know what to expect, so I make education a big part of what I do.
From our first meeting, my goal is to give you a clear plan for preparing, pricing, marketing, and selling your home. I'll walk you through each step, explain the reasoning behind my recommendations, and set realistic expectations from the beginning. I believe my clients should always understand what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.

As a lifelong Southwest Louisiana resident, I understand the communities I serve and the people who call them home. I've helped close more than 90 homes and over $14.5 million in career sales, but the part of this work I value most is earning my clients' trust and helping them feel confident in their decisions.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, working in my garden, and taking on projects around my own home. Those interests have also shaped the way I approach real estate: I understand that a home is more than a transaction. It's personal, and the experience of buying or selling it should be treated that way.
